Kerry Miles is the founder of FranchiseED and one of Australia's most experienced franchise educators and mentors.
Her background is unusual in this industry — she has been a franchisee's daughter, a franchisor herself, a Certified Franchise Executive, and spent a decade as General Manager of the Franchising Centre at Griffith University. She is also an Adjunct Research Fellow at the University of the Sunshine Coast.
