I am the founder of FranchiseED and I have spent more than twenty years working inside small businesses, usually on the question of why the thing the owner built is not doing what they need it to do. I have run my own businesses, and I now work one-on-one with owners across service businesses, allied health, professional consultancies and franchise networks.

Session 1 — Where you are starting from

2 hoursWe build the business brain: the context, voice and knowledge that make AI useful no matter which tool you open that day. This session also gives you deliberate control over what is and is not shared with AI.
Session 3 — Your tools, your tasks, your first agent
2 hoursWe work inside the platforms you already pay for, or want to, decide what actually belongs in your stack, and build your first real agent running a real task in your own account.
Between sessions: practical work applied to your real business, not exercises.
