    Who you will work with

    Kerry Miles is the founder of FranchiseED and the only person you will work with throughout the program.

    Her background spans more than two decades in franchising — as a franchisor herself in the early 2000s, as General Manager of the Franchising Centre at Griffith University for a decade, and now as an independent franchise mentor and Adjunct Research Fellow at the University of the Sunshine Coast. She is a Certified Franchise Executive through the Franchise Council of Australia.

    Kerry's approach is grounded in her experience on both sides of the franchisor relationship. She understands what it takes to build a system that works — not just for the franchisor, but for the franchisees who will invest their livelihoods into it.
