# Terms of Service

## 1\. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FranchiseED's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our services.

## 2\. Services Description

FranchiseED provides franchise education, consulting, coaching, and mentoring services. Our services include but are not limited to franchise readiness assessments, coaching and mentoring programmes, and educational resources for franchise professionals and aspiring franchisees.

## 3\. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

-   Provide accurate and complete information when registering or making inquiries
-   Use our services only for lawful purposes
-   Not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the service without express permission
-   Not interfere with or disrupt the services or servers connected to the services
-   Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of FranchiseED or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of FranchiseED.

FranchiseED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
